MEET THE DIRECTOR
Hi, I’m Lourie Stahlschmidt - Owner/Director of InVÅ« Model and Talent. I’m glad to have you here!
My passion as Owner/Director comes from a deep desire to showcase and encourage the strengths of every individual I have the honor of representing. As a wife and mother of two daughters, I value the need to celebrate what makes each person uniquely gifted, and to help them see and cultivate their inner beauty. I feel a great responsibility to treat each talent signed to our roster as family, and to help them reach their highest potential!
My professional career began in sales and marketing as Director of Sales at Bally’s Vic Tanny Health and Raquet Club - where I consistently placed as top revenue-earner within the St. Louis market. From there, I transitioned to the hospitality field at a major national hotel brand – where I played an integral role in booking conventions and large-scale meetings for 3 family owned convention hotels in St. Louis.
After starting a family, my focus shifted to the modeling and talent industry, as my daughters began careers in modeling, acting and music. As we began to navigate bookings, contracts, and the many layers of these careers, I realized the need to start an independent booking and production agency - Cornerstone Global Productions - which I began in 2007. This company developed into successfully managing, booking, and advising national and international solo artists, bands, and public figures.
As the owner of InVÅ« Model and Talent, my main mission is to help you succeed, and to assist you on the path towards a long-lasting career in the modeling and talent industry! None of us takes the journey to success on our own. My main motto is “We rise by lifting others.” It’s my honor to walk alongside you on your own, unique journey to success!
